Shepherdess

In addition to my practical work as a freelance shepherdess, I am also happy to pass on my knowledge and experience.
I offer support and guidance around lambing, both hands-on on site and in an advisory role, for example for small farms or private animal keepers. Workshops may also be possible.

Work and knowledge sharing in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

• Broad experience during the lambing season
• Early identification and assessment of problems in animals
• Care of sick animals, administration of deworming treatments and medication
• Hoof care for sheep
• Independent inside work: feeding, mucking out, and all related tasks
• Documentation and administrative duties
• Able to work well in a team as well as independently
• Reliable
• Excellent people skills: working with staff, clients, and visitors of all ages
• Very good command of German, Dutch, and English
• Category B driving license
• Own vehicle
• Availability by arrangement up to 5 days per week
• Available for early and night shifts during the lambing season
